The President of North Shore Holdings, LTD. Mr. Kenneth Lebovic took some time to discuss the development plans for the Ridge Road and Wentworth Avenue corners.

Mr. Lebovic stated that he hopes to have firm plans and proposals drawn up and ready within the next sixty to ninety days. The current plans for the North East corner include building a Dunkin’ Doughnut store there as well as some high end town homes. The town homes would have two car garages, attractive outdoor areas and balconies. The South East corner which was Chars Bridal will now be occupied by Dancing Around Dance Studio which is currently located on Torrence Avenue in Lansing. Vi Donald, the owner of Dancing Around Dance Studio has planned a grand opening ceremony for January 29th at 3:00 p.m. Included will be live dance demonstarions by dancers from the age of five to adult. Demos are to include hip-hop, jazz, cardio-kick boxing and more. Dancing around dance studio offers a full range of classes including; Jazz, tap, balet, hip-hop, tumbling and aerobics. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. Satuday hours will be expanded at the new location on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Classes are available to students from the age of three and a half through adult.
