The Village of Lansing Illinois, Police and Fire Commission is distributing pre-employment application packets for the position of Probationary Police Officer. Packets can be obtained at the Village of Lansing Clerks Office located at 18200 Chicago Avenue.

The Clerk's Office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Wednesday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to noon from July 10th until August 5th at noon. There is a non-refundable $20.00 administrative fee for obtaining the packets.

There will be a mandatory orientation held on Thursday, August 17th, 6:00 p.m. at the Lansing Illinois Municipal court complex located at 2710 170th Street.
